Why can't I login to my account? |
| Typically, login problems are associated with cookies. Make sure your browser and/or firewall are set to allow all cookies and not blocking third party cookies. If you encounter unusual errors often deleting your cookies, clearing your browser's cache, and rebooting will fix the problem. |

It's a very simple concept, you will visit other members' websites and they will visit yours. The more sites you visit, the more website traffic you will receive. |
How long does it take to set up my membership? |
| Your membership is instantly set up once you submit your information and activate your account via the welcome email you receive. |
Why must I Activate my account? |
| To help prevent automated, multiple signups and to confirm your email address so we can reach you with any important news about our service. It's best to use an email address you check often, so you do not miss news of vital interest. We will not bombard you with junk mail. However, you're likely to receive two to three emails per week. |
Can I make money with AllNetSurf.com? |
| This is NOT a money making program, this is an advertising service. When choosing an advertising service your focus should be on building your lists, downlines, and building your business into a profit. |
How do I set my browser's Start Page? |
| At AllNetSurf, you need to login to your account to surf. |
Why can't I delete a website in my account? |
| Make sure you have ZERO percent (%) assigned to any URL you are trying to remove from your account. This will allow you to edit and replace any site you wish. Also, the total remaining percentage assigned must still equal the minimum or you won't be able to ZERO the percent for the site you want to remove.

How fast are my sites seen? |
| The time it takes for your sites to be seen will vary greatly depending on: the number of members in the system, the amount of traffic they are generating, and how much you are using the system yourself. The more consistently and frequently you use the system the greater the results you'll typically receive. |
Can I buy extra traffic? |
| Yes, you can purchase traffic directly from the site at a very affordable price. However, there may be times when traffic sales are suspended to maintain optimum performance for our members. |
Can I advertise more than one site at a time? |
| Yes. Once your complete your signup you will be able to enter anywhere from 3 or 25 sites, depending on your level of membership. Be sure NONE of your sites violate our Terms Of Service or your entire account will be deleted! |
Why are some domains not allowed to be used in the system? |
| Various domains are set up to break out of frames when viewed. Some email domains do not receive email properly. Additionally, if a domain causes a violation of our Terms Of Use, it is added to our banned Domains list. |
Will you send me the email addresses of my referred members? |
| NO! Your privacy is important to us. We will not give anyone's email address to anyone! |
Why was my website name rejected? |
| Your website name should not contain any spaces or special characters, otherwise an error message will be displayed. |
When will my account be re-instated from suspension? |
| Members who have answered 7 security questions incorrectly are automatically suspended for three days, regardless of their account level. This process is automatic. Please do NOT submit a contact request to reinstate your account. NOTE: Security questions are in place to provide a more secure exchange for the entire membership. Please pay close attention to these questions as they change periodically. |
Should I report broken member links while surfing? |
| NO! Please do not report broken member links. It is not unusual for a website to go offline occasionally, and often it is only momentary. It is the responsibility of each member to make sure their websites are online and operational and maintain the URLs they add to our system. |

What size banner is accepted? |
| A standard 468x60 banner. |
How many credits does it cost per site view? |
| Each time your site is shown 10 credits will be deducted from your account. The number of credits you earn per site viewed depends on the membership level you elect. |
